Recently, the Ministry of environmental protection issued the monitoring scheme for volatile organic compounds in ambient air in key areas in 2018. The plan provides detailed provisions for monitoring the city, monitoring items, time frequency and operation rules of VOCs.

Monitoring the city

Municipalities (4): Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing

Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Shenyang, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Ji'nan, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Xi'an, Dalian, Qingdao, Ji'nan, Ji'nan, Shenyang, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Ji'nan, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Xi'an.

Local cities (59): Langfang, Baoding, Tangshan, Handan PI, Hengshui, Xingtai, Cangzhou, Xinxiang, Hebi, Anyang, collection, Puyang, Kaifeng, Zibo, Liaocheng, Dezhou, Tangshan, Hebei and the surrounding 22; Yungang, Huaian, Yancheng, Yangzhou, Zhenjiang, Taizhou, Suqian, Wenzhou, Jiaxing, Huzhou, Shaoxing, Jinhua, Quzhou, Zhoushan, Zhenjiang, Suqian (the delta of the Yangtze River Delta); 6 central and southern); Ezhou, Xiaogan, Huanggang (Wuhan and 3 cities on the same side).

Detection project

The monitoring project includes VOCs, which has strong photochemical reaction activity or may affect human health, including alkanes, olefins, aromatic hydrocarbons, oxygen - containing volatile organic compounds (OVOCS), halogenated hydrocarbons and so on. 117 kinds of substances were monitored in municipalities directly under the central government, provincial capital cities and planned cities, and 70 kinds of substances were monitored in prefecture level cities.

Schedule

January 2018 -2018 March: funds are raised by relevant local governments, hardware procurement is organized, test method development and automatic site networking are prepared.

Since April 2018, the monitoring results are carried out and the monitoring results are reported on time. Each province and municipality directly directly under the central government report the monitoring result analysis report to the monitoring station every month. The monitoring station will form a comprehensive analysis report of last month and report to the environmental monitoring department of the Ministry of environmental protection for 5 days before the monitoring station.
